They don't make them like this any more.

Not so Poncey, after all

I always thought the Grizzly (nee Atlas) was a bit of a poncey-looking aircraft.
Turns out that was mainly because you always saw it photographed from underneath at the airshows, looked like a wannabe jet but with fans.

That’s the beauty of flightsimming to me: you can install a plane and look at it from all angles, if it’s a good one even get the “feel” of it.

This one’s a real workhorse.

Hi Dave, thought i had most F4's and repaints but ive missed that one, where can i find it and who's model.

I agree Wing_Z. I have racked up a lot of flight time in this bird.
Lol I thought you were hauling oil filters but I see it's actually parcels in the frozen north!
I reckon these will appear in many out-of-the-way places, my shots were from a relief mission to Mongolia.

Nice! Is that payware or freeware?

Tom, it's the
Justflight model, on sale at $8!

I couldn't resist, even though the shipping cost more than the plane...
I rate it an "Honest Model"

It's called "The Saint", and it's available over at AVSIM. It's for the Alphasim/Virtavia Pack 2 F-4D.

Search for 'gus-r-texture.366tfw-v1.zip' by Gus Robatto.

They look great Dave, dont suppose you've done a retro traffic file for the MAIW Key West package, its on my to do list, Cuban Missle crisis era, might have a crack at it if know-one else has.
cheers ian

Now that's my kind of thing! AS or RAZBAM Intruder?

The scenery is MCAS El Toro - the home of VMFP-3.

The aircraft have all been through the hands of Michael Pearson - except the F-4s, which are the FMAI 'for Big-E' models with the folding wings.

The Intruder is the RAZBAM A-6C.

That looks like Rick Pipers AI version done for the Llanbedr Project over at BritSim! I'm in the process of trying to make a complete flyable version, but this A.M. my Windows 7 is playing up & I seem to have lost my boot manager!!!! Arghhhhhh.......http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/images/smilies/banghead.gif I'm currently working on UBUNTU! Keith

Got news for you - it is very flyable as-is.
Ports well, too. You need Rick's T7 for the gauges.

Hit F12 to boot, and keep a hammer beside you.

Dave,
Bit more than just a F11 problem unfortunately - lost my desktop layout, but fortunately have a an out of date RAID HDD that I disconnected some time ago & can use that for windows, I just need to update it from the main disc somehow....
As for my U16 it will be flyable using the 'Radio Control' & the on-board Command supervisory panel, so it will react almost as the real thing - I hope.
It is better than my Jindivik, for which I will now have to update the logic!
