fs9.cfg location in VISTA

What's the fs9.cfg location in Windows VISTA? Can't find it!

I'm running Vista 64, this is were it is for me:

C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/FS9

Don't forget it's a hidden file you have to enable the peeking function first.
