FS9- question about realism settings!

What's everyone's take on adjusting sensitivities and null zones to add more realism?

Here are my settings...

Notice that I ignore crashes so I don't feel too bad if I "Panther".

I have noticed that only a couple of my a/c are really miserable to fly under these settings. In those instances, I tone down the handling by changing the individual aircraft [flight tuning] characteristics.

I run everything at full sensitivity. If you don't, you don't get full deflection. If a particular plane gets overcontrolled at that point, then I'll edit that particular plane. I also like to keep the null zones as close to zero as possible unless there's an issue with signal noise from my controller, or something just refuses to center regardless of calibration like the twist rudder on one of my old controllers.
