FSX Bf/Me-109s?

So, what kind of 109 offerings are there?

What ever happened to that 109K that was "in the works" waaaaaaay back when?
 
A2A Me109E - excellent quality and possibly soon to be Acu-simmed (only 3 liveries though)
Just Flight BoB pack or single Bf109E - great quality and comes with a variety of liveries, IMHO equal to the A2A, but won't be acu-simmed. Good value with the Hurricane and Spit as well.
Flight1 - these guys have the G and K models in two packs (Flight Replicas A/c sold by Flight1). Screenshots look good. Used to be more expensive than the others I thought, but just checked and it's $21.99 at the moment.

The VC and some of the textures on the Just Flight 109 are disappointing and have little in comparison with the A2A version.

I have the A2A Me109 it is very good & there are quite a few repaints around. I have gotten most of mine from SOH FSX Repaints
 
There are over 40 repaints for the A2A Messerschmitt BF109E. If these aren't sufficient for you, just send me a PM as I have made several which were never released. Although I hate pilot, I definitely love the model.

As I don't have the Justflight Bf109E I can't provide any information about that model.

As far as I know there are no real plans to update Flight replica to full FSX models. (Correct me if I'm wrong Michael...)

The Classic Warbird Design Team was working on a FSX version of their Bf109G package, but I haven't heard anything about this project for quite a while (since beginning this year).

The Flight Replicas Bf-109K is very soon to move to the "front burner" - but not as a Flight Replicas aircraft - just as soon I am free of the upcoming Boomerang. Some very highly perfected flight dynamics have already been done - it's quite something to fly. Not only hits 'the numbers' across the board, but the correct 'feel' has been integrated as well. More news once the Boomerang is out.

Huub, that's a beautiful screen! I'm interested in the non-E models. Fs, Gs, Ks, etc.

The pilot-controlled two-stage turbo supercharger is working beautifully; the inertia starter is more complex, but on the list. Right now the gun control systems are being worked on. :)

Both is ok.
Officially it's Bf (from Bayerische Flugzeugwerke). There even was an order of the RLM (the German air ministry) to return all mail from the Messerschmitt factory where it's referred to as Me.
However, nobody back then ever used the Bf when he talked about the 109, not the pilots, not the news reel and not Hermann Göring.
So in official documents it's Bf 109, in dayly use Me 109 is fine.
 
Huub, your link's text is in German or something. lol

I thought it was originally Bf, but then when things started going bad, things were then named after their creator so it was known who was responsible for bad designs/failures and could be punished.
