Is there any chance that it will include a "Sky Pirates" livery? There is one on the fore court of the Buccaneer garage at Elgin, a few miles from RAF Lossiemouth.
XV863 Sea Witch/Debbie has gone up for sale here in Ireland recently. Apparently it was originally bought for a quite reasonable £5300 back when it was demobbed (~5 years ago?). Considering there's not much of a market for her I'd reckon it could be picked up at a very reasonable price now!
Hopefully this one will be considered by the repainters too.
Are we talking Ravenclaw's RAF and FAA S2 models for SFP1 and 2? I've been flying that in SFP1 waiting for the Flying Stations one(s) to finalize ... that's a mighty fine model in SFP1, likely the best SFP1 mod in recent years (along with Flying Stations' Wyvern for that sim). I'd be happy to fly that in this sim for sure! And of course, I'm hoping the Flying Stations S2 will materialize soon too.
One can never have too many Buccs! Or, to borrow from the pilot fraternity of my other favourite plane (Crusaders) "When your're out of Buccs, you're out of bombers" ... OK - I know, technically it's a strike aircraft ...Check Foodland Catalogue and Foodworks Catalogue. but the alliteration didn't work quite so well ...
to be honest, I do not know the original author, as I have been tasked by a 'middleman' to do the conversion. But looking at pics, it looks like the same model
Looking like a very detailed bit of work :salute:. Another great British classic from UKMIL to add to my hangar. Loved the FS2004 model, but the FSX version with that good looking VC will also be a stunner. Can't wait . Nice job!
