Thanks for the update of a very good looking and well detailed VC :medals:. Worth the wait for this great project of an iconic British aircraft. It'll get a hero's welcome on my deck!

Looks just awesome!

Looks correct to the specifics of a late S2 cockpit, with the coaming-mounted altimeter, and other gauges on the right side that aren't there on the S1 or earlier S2 - well done.

this one is coming along nicely, but I am in dire need of a FDe specialsit. I cannot get this bird to fly right. Is there any FDE gurus who would like to assist me in this one?

That is a plane that I will fire FSX up to fly. Hopefully it is not Acceleration only...if it is, FSX will remain pretty much unused on my puter.

You can download SP2 which is free (AFAIK) and will solve most if not ALL issues

Good news!

Did you get the FDE sorted? Any updated pics would be great. Also what, if any loadout/different models are available. Love Buccs, no matter who makes them ... - might spring for this early ... :)

Good evening UKMIL,

I signed up again, but I still can not download the Jaguar nor Buccanneer!

"
You have tried to Download a file from UKMIL. IF YOU RECEIVE A PERMISSION DENIED message, it means you are trying to download a file listed for CLUB MEMBERS only. Please do NOT list it as broken, or email asking why you cannot download it. IF you ARE a club member, and get this message, then contact ADMIN "

I do not understand! Is it free or must pay to download them?
Thank you for your clarification!

Alain

the Jaguar is FREE to download, and you can happily get it. The Buccaneer is going through BETA, and we allow our CLUB MEMBERS access as BETA testers. THis is a perk of paying for a membership. Once Beta is done, you will then be able to download it for free. So, if you want it now, you will have to join our CLub, if not, you may wait until it is released as a RC version, when it will be free

with my limited FDE skills, I have it flying the best i can. FDE specialists are thin on the ground, and now matter how many times I ask for volunteers, no one ever wants to help, so you will get it as it is. I have it flying level above 300 knots, below this, it will pitch nose down, but adding some flap will correct this. The model comes with the usual customisable options, so you can pick and choose you own weapons on various pylons, like we have done with our Tornado, Harrier and Jaguar Packs

Thanks G!

For an older model, I thought your early FS9 model flew all right ... was there anything there that was worth salvaging? I'm assuming so ...

Bravo on what looks to be a great model.

cheers,

DL

I will take a look at the FDE.......

The model itself is super!!

Cheers,

Agreed - have been flying the rivets out of that model in SFP2 - and it's a sheer beauty in that sim. I'm going to say top 10, if not top 5 non-commercial (as in, not counting Third Wire's Downloadable Content) add-ons for SFP2 in the last year. Ravenclaw did a magnificent job on it.

Looking forward to this model for sure ... may spring for it in Beta mode ... can't say no to any Bucc that comes my way ... :)

Spectacular , anyone recall the documentary 'Sailor' and the mention the 'Buck' carrying two buckets of sunshine ... looking forward to this dang well done jet :icon_lol:
