Looks like a port over, only one mdl-file there!

If you prefere these kind of aircraft take a look here: http://www.fsglider.de/p_e.htm
They have quite a few native FSX models. Also their ports work great!

I tried it yesterday,it looks nice ,nice vc,but a little hard on frames,so must be a port.
