Fsx native Sikorsky S-61N coming soon

Been doing some more work today. A door is now animated, another will be in a few minutes. A few parts have been texture mapped, also. (The weather radar thing on the nose is one of the parts)

New Screenshots!

Now, time for new pictures! Textures have been completely redone, along with the bump map. The textures being used before were temporary, and this was going to be done anyway. Repaints will be redone for the new texture. (Bristow and Irish Coast Guard)

So here's my work for today.

Hope you enjoyed them pics! :p:

New picture. (Edited) I had the Bristow paint layered already, so I just transferred it over it the new paint kit with the new rivets. I've started on the Irish Coast Guard one, but it's not finished yet. The ICG paint was done by conor, and was not layered, so I'm doing it from scratch.

Enjoy!

looking really good, still cant wait for those "other" versions.

and 1 question, whats with the off sided nose thing?

yeah i think its search radar too

If it's an I-band radar (which is almost definitely is) then the one set will detect precipitation and surface contacts and land due to the frequency it uses and at a resolution high enough for practical use as a navaid etc. The main snag is if you have heavy rainfall you can't make out the surface contacts or the land...
