FSX S2F-3 User Problem-Need Advice

I have a user who sent this screen shot of the FSX Native S2F-3 in his FSX version.

Can anyone offer advice as to the solution.

He has removed and reinstalled the aircraft from Flightsim and my website with the same results.

Any help we can offer is appreciated.

Thanks

Either he did not install the service packs, or the 'advanced animations' option box isn't ticked would be my guess..

Peter had this to say:

"Hi Milton,

The service pack have been installed and is active
Also is the advanced animations option box on.

My computer has a dual boot option. So XP is also available.
FSX is also installed in the XP environment and the same appearance occurs.

Peter"

I also noticed that he says he is running DX11.0.

Aircraft appears with this issue in both Win 7 and XP FSX native version.

Any other ideas?

Another path for searching the problem is to verify if he has the Shader 3.0 by Mr. Jesus installed. This fs modification is know to cause this issue in some cases. :salute:
