More RN

Always a pleasure to see Rick's Chipmouse:encouragement:

Keeping the RN theme.. I started playing with the RA Spit PK today as Seafire 105 has been sorely missing. OK.. it's the wrong Spit which doesn't help!!

I know there are things (other than model) wrong with the paint but this is as far as I can take it. The PK won't open in Elements without destroying the layers and at this point.. CS2 throws up an error and closes down. So close and yet so far:( Anyone got a copy of CS3 they don't want!!

There's something about that RN paint scheme that really brings out the beauty in an aircraft I think!
Nice shots Dave👍😉

Nice Spit Dave!

I've been having issues with CS2 as well. But fortunately, Paint.net does .psd files with no issues (Although I do have Photoshop 7 installed too)

Looking good Dave. I uploaded my RN paint for the WBS Seastang last week, it's in the library here. There are a couple pics of it in this thread a few pages back.

Cheers ChipShop, Willy and Joe:encouragement:

I dunno what the hell I'm gonna be able to do to finish it (or at least get it closer to how I want it). I run 8gig of system ram on Win7 Ultimate and CS2 has a hundred gig of scratch disk to play on:dizzy:

Saw the Seastang as soon as it came up and downloaded it Joe:jump:

Made it to central Florida and this air museum. I'm not gonna say how close I came to putting the Gee Bee into the same position as that DC-3 while trying to stop it before I ran out of airfield....

105 finished!

Hi Chaps,

With many thanks to DaveQ for supplying an un-grouped map, I've been able to finish 105 using Elements.

If anyone fancies it, you can grab a copy HERE

If you have Jensole Seafire XV's.. (and if not, why not) it can go in there or the regular RASPit XIV folder.
