FSX Screenshots Here!!

Is that all white repaint & model for the old Alphasim version or the current Virtavia version?

It's for the current Virtavia FSX version. This is just a quick and dirty repaint (no Unit / logo / font research involved), as I just wanted a simple white B-1B repaint to break up the monotony of all the grey B-1B paints / repaints that I currently have. I do not plan on taking it any further than this. Also, I like the looks of the graphics on this tail vs the real B-1B prototype rooster tail graphics. 99% of the work seen here is contained in the Virtavia paint kit. 1% is my work; hardly qualifies as a "repaint"......:pirate:

The converted native FSX model uses reflective glass and specular maps. The initial version (with stock low res paints) can be found on AVSIM: Search for "SAAB JA-37 / AJ-37 Viggen (FSX native)". Jens Ole and myself are now working on version 2.

That's kind. Got it, thank you and Godspeed for your upcoming projects :applause:

Here's One for Basil

One of the pilots of the original wartime "Nine-O-Nine", Basil Hackleman, passed away on February 26. He flew 30 combat missions with the 91st BG and earned the Distinguished Flying Cross. He was close to the Collings Foundation guys, who operate a B-17 painted in the markings of the original "Nine-O-Nine".

Still in the paint shop. I keep finding things to improve upon.

Also decided to redo the stock White 13 so it will match a few other VF-17 birds in the paint hangar.
