I've had those files in and out like a do-dars drawers over the years. While they look brill in some situations.. I don't care for the effect all the time so I end up dropping them into particular paints I want to see the effect in if that makes sense. I quite like the 'clean' aluminium look rather than the 'Concours' look unless the paint absolutely calls for it but I'll drop it into Susy

Something I didn't think I'd see again..
Earthsims Alderney!!
After Earthsims untimely demise, many of us feared we'd got a mortgage worth of software we'd be unable to use (due to the infamous ESI Installer) but I went hunting today (having failed a few times yesterday) and found a help file by Tony Meredith.. one of the team responsible for a lot of the 3D content seen in ES sceneries. It pointed more toward DVD versions but by reading between the lines and going at it 'S or bust' fashion.. it has worked for one of my ESI Packs and I see no reason why it shouldn't work for the others. Interested parties should google ARM Computers FSX and navigate to the Earthsims help tab.
