It's not an expansion, but a whole new item currently in testing.

It will be available under the Aerosoft banner, true, along with the existing F3 and F6 products.
I should also point out the free extra (external-only) models that do come with the packages, namely:

• with the F3 you also get the F1A - sharing the F3 VC.
• with the F6 you also get the F2A - sharing the F6 VC.

It is indeed Ian's Seletar. It works reasonably in FSX - as long as you update the Calclassics libraries to their FSX/P3D equivalents.
I'm having fun with the AI for here, Changi, Tengah and Butterworth.
