Yes, as you know Dutch 1940 colours always have been a reason for strong discussions.

The colour in this paint are based on a picture I took from the few paint chips still present on the wreck of the 229. However as this paint is over 60 years old and heven been stuck in the soil for over 50 years, so I have my doubts whether this really represents the colours the aircraft had in May 1940. You could also wonder how reliable a colour sample taken from an picture taken with flashlight is.

So although not supported by any solid research, I thought it looked quite nice

The RAT control is situated on the right cockpit wall.
In the picture, you'll see two switches outlined in red. The one you want is the upper one.

Thanks Dave, I tried opening the manual on the site but that didn't work. Right click and save worked better, all I have to do now is read it.
