Ever since the Vertigo Studio Dauntless came out I've wanted a mid war 3 tone paint. Having spent a days holiday with the paint kit I can understand why I couldn't find what I was after. The paint kit is great but it takes a lot of trial and error to work out where to put what paint, with a scheme like this. There a small area in front of the windscreen that is mid blue but should be dark blue and I haven't been able to work out yet where its textured. May be one of those things cant be fixed because of the way the model is textured. Anyhoo it will do for my own use.

It can be painted it's on PSD sheet 3 but it's been so long since I did this skin I can't remember exactly where, seems like it was a shared texture with a place somewhere on the side of the plane.



 
Re the Lightning... does the sharing of more screenshots mean Aerosoft are getting close to releasing that? they've done a superb Job of the F1a and F3.

Re Gradyhappyg....That's a nice paint...where is that available? I'll take another look at texture 3 and see if anything leaps out as a possibility

Hello NC sorry to hear that. I never had any problems with pic-upload. What browser are you using? I have firefox running with "adblock plus" addon, maybe that is the trick. I will have a look at it...

I was using my Ipad at the time. Normally, popups are not a problem with my Ipad, which is why I was so surprised when it was happening! NC
