FSX Shorts Tucano

Does anyone know if there is a good payware Tucano out there somewhere? I know that Piglet has done an A-29 Super Tucano and I have that one but I want the standard Tucano with the Garrett engine. (At work we are getting two of these delivered to us in a couple weeks for assembly and then I get to install a full glass avionics package). I have the Simshed Tucano that was an FS9 convert. It's suppose to work in FSX. It does, except it won't start. The starter just cranks and cranks, whether manual or auto start. It might be because the fuel pump switches can't or won't turn on, don't know what the deal is there. So does anyone know where I can get a paywhere Tucano, or maybe you could just tell me how to start the one I have...
