    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

FSX Steam on Sale at JustFlight

Can I buy it and not download but save it until some future time when either I have a either final disaster with FSX or a faster download?

Yes, I think you can once it's registered with the Steam people. It's worth running for the performance upgrade alone though, on my machines both the old one and the new one it runs far better.

I bought FSX Steam edition when it was newly released for $5, and have not installed it yet. My FSX Accelleration is running just fine. But when the need to re-install is there, I will certainly go for the Steam edition.
