The UTVA 75 looks nice! But I won't buy payware aircraft anymore, not for FSX anyway... But have you checked the Zlín Z 42? It's is a "Czech single-engine two-seat trainer aircraft manufactured by Moravan Otrokovice" according to Wikipedia, and LHS Simulation (from Hungary) has a freeware version here.
