This is a panel fix to for the now freeware FS9 Virtavia F-4 Phantom II Pack 2 in FSX.
It does not include any fixes beyond the panel itself. It will not work in Pack 1, nor is it necessary for Pack 3.
It does include a collection of 95 gauges that I have created with the venerable Phantom in mind. Some have photo real backgrounds, some don't have bezels.
