Full Motion Sim for your home!

Say goodbye to all other forms of interaction. Does it come with food and poop tubes, and maybe some other cockpit layouts?

For 52,000 you can get a real plane.
Maybe two.
If you shop around.
Rule of thumb when the sim costs more than real go real.

They give 4 reasons to justify buying. There is someone in my house that has 1,000,000 reason why I would not be allowed it. lol

True, but I'll bet the operating costs are a lot less.:p: Factor in just the cost of getting a PPL (for those of us that don't have one) and you are well on your way.

Aside from the costs, there are several other problems:
  1. Operating voltage limited to 220/50Hz. Not very practical for 115/60Hz users.
  2. The sim version is FSX, which fine for "home use" cannot be used for commercial uses. Prepar3D is the only legal version that is eligible for certification of the OV4 for flightschool or arcade use.
  3. Shipping costs outside of Europe would be expensive, not to mention the import duties!
