Hi all,
I converted the Goose models by Mike Stone and the wonderfull Custom Classics with the MDLC tool. Currently I am adjusting the panel for cfs2 and playing around with the config- and air-file and try to built also a dp-file. Because I am not an expert on all this I have several questions.
1) I am not aware of the problems arising by simply using the FS9 air- and config files. So, whereas the air-file of Mikes Goose seem to work well, the one of CC does not, so I used Mikes renamed air-file for this. Another idea I had was to use the file from an available cfs2-model of a G.44 Widgeon.
2) The CC Goose does not float correctly and sinks into water after landing. I suppose this is something to be fixed within the aircraft.cfg.
3) For the dp-file I used the one of the Widgeon mentioned and adjusted it using infos for a JRF-5 (see http://ffaa.net). I also want to add the respective effect for landing in the water, but I could not remember which one it was.
