GAS FSX P3D Native Curtiss Robin

Spad54

SOH-CM-2025
The project is complete and here it is. In July of 2007 Jim Douglass released his Curtiss Robin package and it has been downloaded nearly 1000 times. Each year the GAS team looks for a project to thank the flight simulator community for its support. This year we chose to take Jim's Robin and give it a makeover and here it is. New flight dynamics, sound file, 3D gauges, fully animated VC and pilot, HD textures, a scenery add-on and a floatplane. We do hope you enjoy the package as much as we did doing it. Best to all. Now it's Monocoupe time

If an admin is so willing please place it in the library. Thanks

Another reason to support GAS - a developer that also gives something back to the community- one of my favourite aircraft in GW3- suprised only a 1000 downoads.

lovely jubly :applause::applause: :applause:

One little niggle, and only a little one, no VC shadows in DX10 and the dx10 toolbox throws an error when you try to add them that way :frown:

Robin

I've had the Robin for several months and I have tried your new download. I was happy with the first iteration but I'm ecstatic with this one. It's a completely new aircraft!

Old Airman

I downloaded the new Robin and flew it around NAS Whidbey Island (KNUW) to see how the FSX installation compared to the real thing on Google Earth (hehe, it needs a scenery upgrade). A beautiful, well-detailed little airplane. Thank you GAS. :encouragement:
