Wgat program do I need to edit gauges?

Hi PJ,
A good freebie prog is CfgEdit. Easy to use and compatible with CFS2 and Fs9 panels, FSX(?).

Let me know if you can't find it, there are others at Simviation and Flightsim.

No it doesn't.

There is FS Panel Studio which is a pay for prog which I think does more.
