Geneseo Air Show 2011

You just gotta love airshows where you are allowed to stand very close to vintage aircraft as they start and taxi. I've been to some shows where you could see the aircraft pretty well, but only with the aid of binoculars.

Thanks for the video! Perfect weekend for an airshow. I've been going almost every year since Fuddy Duddy flew into Geneseo when I was about 14. My brothers house is right off the West end of the flight line. So I get a personal air show.

Thats is why i prefere going to an all turf airshow, because you are allowed to stand within several feet of the aircraft.

Wow, that's close. The amount of detail shots you could take. Awesome! I'd love to be able to attend to such a show! :D

They could blow dirt in my face all day long :icon_lol: Looks like a good assortment of A/C. Thanks for sharing...:applause:
