Gibraltar - I did it!

To all,

Ever since I saw this location on top of Gibraltar, I thought to myself "Hmm..I bet I can get a Fiseler up there." Well, after multiple failures, I finally came in at just the right angle...and planted on the small patch of grass at 35 knots, holding on for dear life. I then CAREFULLY taxied to the end of this patch to try for a takeoff.

THIS WAS NOT DONE BY SLEWING!!!

...........................:ernae:WOOHOO:ernae:

...................... wert were ya drinkin:wiggle:

....... now try a Stinson L-1 Vigilant(if ya can find one)

The Vigilant was capable of stopping in less than its own length, and could maintain stable flight at 31 miles per hour.

He was looking for musollini but he is actually in a hotel in Italy waiting for a pick up :)

great work with that landing Rami. :)

Difficult Landings

Try this one.

Use Piglet's Storch and Collin's USS Repose.

Max speed on the ship and have her sailing into a 10 or 15 knot wind. That will give you almost a 0 knot relative air speed over the helipad. Of course full flaps will help too.

Oh yeah, Musollini wasn't here either.

Now do it in a Hudson, then you can apply for a job with the 'hush hush' boys at Tempsford:engel016:
