Giuli Baltimore

Need Baltimore DP

Thanks Pepe for the help on the texture, It worked fine. Now I am working of a DP file. I am using the BSK Maryland DP because of the wing guns and the bombs fit. However, I am having some trouble with the gun flashes. They must be moved higher and more forward. If you or anyone has a compatable DP, could you send it to me.

If you can wait a few days you will get the complete plane, with DP and a dedicate airfile that reproduces the correct performance of the bird. The airfile Giuli used was an old file made by me for Payakan's Maryland. It uses a Twin Wasp engine smaller than the Twin Cyclone used by Baltimores. At take off you need to apply force slowly at Baltimore cause it has a strong right movement. That caused Buscaglia, one of the best Italian aces, death. At air, you fly easily.

Cheers

It's great to see artists at work.
These look brilliant - another "unsung" type, superbly executed by all involved - looking forward to the finished result.
Well done people.

Send me your e-mail by PM. You can test the planes!

Gaqucho is working in new textures

I'm waiting for his work. New DP ready with four more fixed .303 machine guns aiming at the rear hemisfere of the plane. Ugly and bad girl! I prepared 10 aircrafts and I'm working in two more birds.

What happened to this nicelooking Baltimore? Is there a CFS2 version available or is it still "under construction" ?

Peperez sent me several CFS2 conversions to test. Different marks and nationalities. They are excellent. I don't know if he had submission problems. I will check with Pepe to see if I can share them with you.

Ok. Just curious. I did a quick conversion of it myself, just to try it out, but Peperez usually makes great CFS2 conversions so I'd rather wait and see..

Baltimore Conversion

Peperez:
When are yougoing to upload your Baltimore Conversions? I am tempted to upload myversions, but yours is much better. My wife erased your e-mails before I could save it . You have my e-mail address, so let me know ifthere are any problems.

Has anyone heard from Peperez? Is he OK? He sent me some of his conversions of the Giuli Baltimore from FS2004 to test. I made some modifications to the panel and added a bombsight. However, I haven't been able to contact him. It is a great conversion and I think the members would benefit from it.
