GKS F111?

Anyone still flying the F111? How good is it, has it improved from initial release?
I've been holding off waiting for a non-MP release but no sign of that happening and as it's cheap on the MP (until 1st August) I'm tempted...
Thanks

Haven't flown mine in a while. Not much movement on improvements that I have seen. The landing gear stance is pretty glaring. Maybe they will fix it in time.

I made mention of the gear as well. Doesn't droop enough when wheels off.

Thanks - I went ahead and bought it, I like it - will keep me going until at least the 727 arrives :)
The cockpit is great in VR and as I rarely go outside I'm not going to worry about the landing gear.

There is a weapons pack available now but I've not tried it yet, some say it's a little ponderous to fly but it feels right to me for a big aeroplane.
Cheers

I've posted a Landing Challenge for this aircraft at Upper Heyford (UK)

Still trying to get to grips with navigation...I can do the easy stuff - TACAN/VOR/NDB/ILS but would really like to use the Inertial Navigation in the same way I can with the SSW F104 and DC F4 and F15.
They can import either an MSFS flight-plan for DC or a custom file for SSW and present steering queues, for you to fly stepping automatically from waypoint to waypoint as you progress manually along the route.
The autopilot can fly a flight-plan but without TFR I'm not interested in AP much...

There are the drop-down Frequency cards for VOR/TACAN/ILS which offer a quick setup, and are supposedly modifiable to allow route creation but I've not been able to achieve editting...

Has anyone been able to use the Inertial Nav or change the frequency cards? Nothing in the manual that I can see?
