There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Ah ok, I had seen some comments about the weapon pack of the F-111 working with the Mig-25, but I had not understood that it could be downloaded separately. Thanks for the explanation and the linkI haven't picked up yet (waiting for the government GST cheque next week), but to quote "STK" from the thread over at AVsim:
"The existing F-111 weapons patch on the Aviasim website will also enable weapons for the Foxbat when installed. An updated weapons patch as well as flight manual is due next week (but they have a very in-depth tutorial video on youtube, as well as built-in interactive checklist). "

Some info here from a pre-release news posting a few days ago. The aircraft is in the marketplace as of 26 September 2024. Features realistic systems, visuals, and flight dynamics, as well as some systems sounds. Engine sounds are default. Update/"patch" to show visible weapons on pylons should b...www.avsim.com

bought last night and looked today, I have the F-111 and its associated weapons pack and sure enough I had the weapons enabled on the Mig-25 as well. What a ripper of an airplane.
Also, as someone who has supported a free Ukraine since the invasion in 2014, I can very much appreciate that GKS put the Ukranian liveries first, before anything Soviet/Russian. Just gives me a little pleasure to see it.
