Thanks, even if I didn't do any fancy animations, the model got more detailed than I first imagined. It is nice doing a model where the there is plenty of documentation.

a) Where do I find on this site your previous builds?

b) Say did you ever do a Halifax-class frigate? Seems to me the modern Royal Canadian Navy needs representation in FSX/P3D stat!

c) You have done a Queen Elizabeth-class carrier, right? Goes good with your Royal Navy destroyer & HMS Ocean.

You will need to download from www.avsim.com or www.simviation.com or www.flightsimnorway.com - I have not uploaded here, simply because it is often time consuming to upload and keep updating on too many sites.

Look for:

Global AI Ship Traffic V1
200 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic V2

There is actually a Halifax class frigate include already in the main package Global AI Ship Traffic V1 - done by Jean-Pierre Fillion.

No, I haven't done a Queen Elizabeth class carrier - you might look for the one by CIMOGT - however, the next update will have quite a lot of Royal Navy units - Type 45 destroyers, Type 21 frigates, HMS Ocean, HMS Illustrious, and if time allows also the Round Table class and maybe even more... That adds to HMS Forth and the Type 23 and the Broadsword class already included. We are moving well beyond 1000 ships now...

And ps... if some of you knows of good illustrations of the night illumination of the HMS Ocean it would be highly appreciated - it is the last detail missing.

You and I have been working on the same thing Henrik!

Still - I think your Oceans better than mine.....This model will be retired when your next package comes out rather than rework the prop shaft and rudders! (They are too high on the hull)

With all the ships we could be doing this is a pitty. But I was asked by a Brazilian to do their new flagahip... But it looks like yours have helicopters on deck? So maybe we should join forces on this one also as I haveñ't any relevant helicopter models...

A suggestion re: HMS Ocean model

Please consider on the HMS Ocean having Apache choppers on it. Here's a good read why: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01CJHWUZO/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_mzgQBbRJY72GZ , Apaches Over Libya. Yup, in the 2011 campaign to remove Qaadafi the Brits sent Apaches from the HMS Ocean to do some strikes.

Don't knock your abilities. Your ship models are some of the most downloaded in the library. They certainly hold pride of place on my hard drive!

Thanks a lot. Fortunately there is an increasing number of high quality ship designers and a lot of great models available. And Simouthouse is nowadays the best place to find most of them
