GMax Academy FS9 Mirage 2000 "All Versions" Available

Thanks to Pierre, Jonathan and the entire GMaxAc Team for these
beautifull Deltas now available to Download.

You go to : http://gmax-ac-fr/index.html

You click then on the "Mirage 2000" box on the upper right

This is in french but at the bottom of this page you have the list
of all Mirage 2000 Versions that are now all "active".

By clicking each active "Mirage 2000" title you open a new page with complete description of the version.

The Download ( Télécharger ) button is at the lower right of each page.

A superb job of Digital ArtWork

Merci Messieurs pour ces superbes Deltas !

Got this message when I clicked on that link:

12/07/2009 - Downloads disabled

We need to reorganize our webpages to prepare the release of new models.

I have been able to download all versions available without any problems.

You could have to be patient.

I had some "error" messages on some pages on the process.
I simply retry it later and it worked.

These "beauties" were eagerly waited all over the planet and there
could be some capacity limitations on their website to accept to
many downlaod requests.

Got it to work that go-round. Nice that you can download the individual version you want to fly. At least that's the impression it gives. The 2000N has always been one of my favorites. Thanks Txmmy83:ernae:

What an awesome package!! So many beautifully craft models..so many paint variations..
so many load configurations..so much effort to produce and so generously free....many "thank you's" should go to the boys at GMax-Academy!!

Thanks fellas!

Great packages, thank you very much GMAX Academy team. Just one question, I can't see any panel documentation, is there a brake chute?

Marvellous.
Just one thing: The Mirage 2000D download seems to be missing the sound and textures directories.
Aliasing the sound to the Mirage 2000B is a few seconds work, but the lack of the textures is a mite more serious.

Is it just me, or does anyone else not have them either?

Dave

The download links seem to have disappeared.....:pop4:

I was only able to get the 'B' model before the links went away.....

Hope they come back soon or maybe its just me.

Chris

Scratch that...I hit F5 and the links reappeared.....

Had a go at the "C" model...
What I like about these Mirages is their consistency.
Often that is a better quality than way-out bells 'n whistles.
You move around it and go "Yup"

Just enough undercarriage and wheelwell detail, contact points needed a little tweak I found:

And this is one of the reasons you fly a Mirage:

Are the contact points just for the Mirage 2000C, or are they for all variants?

Dave

I noticed that the Mirage 2000-5F is now available, so I downloaded and installed it.

There are two major problems with the aircraft.cfg file:
Firstly, there are 'extra' [fltsim.xx] entries at the end of the file (after the FDE entries) that refer to extures that have not been supplied with the download. These can all be deleted.
Seconly, there is a gap in the regular [fltsim.xx] numbering (around the mid-to-late teens) that stops any aircraft numbered after it from being displayed for selection. You'll have to manually check this and correct where necessary.
