Im getting used to gmax too, how dose it work for cfs 2?

There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Gmax works fine for CFS2, here. The hard part, for me was getting the finished design into the MDL form. Goopney set me up with the process and the necessary files. What is used is the FS8 SDK from Microsoft and Makemdl, with two other programs. When you get that far we'll give you assistance.
For Gmax tutorials look at the ones for FS9 by Milton Shupe in the SOH Design Forum.
Gmax has many more tools availaible to the designer, hence it is harded to learn. But once you pick-up the basics it will be hard to go back to FSFS.

I think i will stick with fsds v2 and v3.
I just want to support my web site and not get rich here, so i dont want to get too serious here, If I want to build a huge kick ass pay ware addon then I will just sub that project modeling out to one of you guys and pay you for your work as you go.
As it is now my stuff will only cost 3 to 5 bucks ever, I just want
to cover my new site and thats it, it will be kick ass stuff you would usually pay over 20 ot 30 bucks for. Im just not into it that way, I will design a ton of projects but i want to have fun too. no pressure. No time constraints and stuff like that, and fsds is right up my alley. I like cfs2 the best and thats where i want to stay. Im more into building historicle Ww-2 and ww1 expansion packs for cfs-2. And I want to make my currant stuff way better as well.
So I will stick to Fsds V?? for now.
