Goflight connection problem

Vratan

Hello,
I have a connection problem with my Goflight modules. In FS2004 work fine, but in FSX not. I try reinstall GF software, but nothing has changed. I don't know what's wrong, maybe I deleted some necessary files in FSX. Is there anybody with the similar problem? I looked in the Goflight forum, but it seems dead.

Regards,
Karel

P.S. Sorry for my terrible english :(

Karel:

Big Question: when FSX is running, is there a GoFlight icon in your System Tray (lower-right corner of your screen)? This "normally" runs automatically, but sometimes it does not.

IF NOT
If there is no blue GF icon in the System Tray, then it needs to be hooked-up manually, every time you run FSX.

Make a new shortcut down to your GoFlight directory and link it to the file named GFDevFSX.exe

Run that shortcut every time you run FSX.

Cheers, Karel,

Hello,
yes, GoFlight icon is in tray. Automatic start is in exe.xml. If I push button on RP48, light goes on, but not response in FSX.

Regards,
Karel

Forgive me if this is too basic a question, but you did program all your buttons and switches in the GFConfig app, yes? It has to be done separately for FSX, as I recall.

Yes, it's good question :) But buttons and switches are set for both simulators as well. I try reinstall FSX and no change. Maybe it will be a system (W7) problem. It's not good.
