Tempting fate, because I got some people excited about the DF Cessna 310 working so well in FSX/SP2. Well, it didn't work at all well for some pretty important people here at the SOH to my chagrin . . .

Anyway, if you haven't already try Commander Shupe's Howard 500 in FSX. I had no gauge issues at all and only found one missing texture in some of the repaints which I can save people the bother searching for. Just completed a great flight from Tulsa to Santa Fe with a 61 knot headwind, but hey, this bird has the power in reserve!

- it's free - and then search for "howard" and you will find a file with a bunch of paints with a self - FSX - installer. The other file you will want is the one that updates all the thumbs and fixes the props. Worked a treat for me, but then we have been down that road before recently! :d

But, FSNorthwest.net has redone the Howard for FSX using Milton's source files. They did a really nice job. :ernae:

cheers,
steve :wavey:

Expat the one Steve mentions is a true FsX model made from Milton's source files by Mike Allen Richards! Nor Cal just dress up Fs9 aircraft to work (ish) in FsX.
