Ok as some of you saw I have my autogen slider maxed out and am getting good FPS in downtown chicago. Right now I'm flying over north dakota and am getting a bunch of popping sounds in my speakers and headset. I've turned my autogen down and it fixes it.
My question is, why would this happen in the middle of nowhere where there's hardly any autogen, but not in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world?
I notice that when it starts making the popping noise, my FPS takes a 5-6 fps hit at the same time. A while back someone said it had something to do with AA settings. My bufferpools is at 300 mb if that makes any difference.
Does anyone know what is causing this and if there is a way I can fix it?
