Groundcrews Heinkel He-111 dp file

nschley

SOH-CM-2023
Hello,

I just wonder if anybody has ever dealt with the dp file of Groundcrews He 111? There are different repaints available showing different versions from He 111H-2 to H-6. The main difference between them are in guns and payloads. I do not think that anybody worked to change the model (early versions of the He-111 had fewer guns), but has anybody ever adjusted the dp file?

thanks
Nobby

My Pleasure, Mr N !

We've not met, so I do not know your depth of expertise in adjusting DP files...

The He-111 damage profile I included is an EXCELLENT "fiddling" subject for learning how to use DPEdit [available here in the SOH Utilities Archive]... It allows you to visually locate Bombs, Rockets, Wing Pylons, etc and then check your work in the A/C selection screen of CFS2 before flight.

Once you get the basics down, learning to tweak the subtle detains of a DP file is only a question away - many here in the basement are expert at making a plane's armament historically dead-on... or wildly over-endowed !

Remember - It's the questions you DON'T ask that cause the most harm, mate

Welcome to SOH !
