Grumman F7F-3 Tigercat WIP

I'm sorry to report that things have slowed down some due to real life but the Tigercat is still on track. I'm doing some research on the instruments and gauges looking for some good photos to base my gauges on. It looks to me like most of the gauges are standard gauges used in other Grumman aircraft. I've also modified the engine details a bit and added a few more details here and there.

Greg take your time, it will be worth the wait when it is finally finished. Real life happens to us all!

well, frankly speaking I know too well what life is, especially if one doesn't have a job like me and many others. I hate being a welfare parasite..:blind:

:bump: Still interested in progress here.

I am thinking about doing one for FS2004 as an SOH Team project in that forum. Just curious about your project and the beauty that she was when we last layed eyes on her. :applause:

I'm back! It's been a long time since I've been able to play with the hobby. Thanks to some real life changes I'm happy to report I will be returning to the hobby I love! I will keep you all updated on my progress, thank you all for your support! :salute: Update: I forgot to mention I finally have a copy of the F7F-1N, -2N, -3, -3N, & -4-N Pilot's Handbook which will help greatly in modeling the inner workings of the aircraft!

Did you ever get to a point of being content with the H-4, or VF-1?

I would love to refine that big, beautiful Hughes, G...
