It shows Grumman Goose NC1200V, in the colors of the New York City Police Department as it looked in the fifties.
This plane has the distinction of having been used to carry out tests to create artificial rain.

This must be the skin I found screenies of on the web and used as a model, along with artwork in Aeroplane Monthly, when I painted Mike Stone's FS9 Goose in that livery. Since then I came across an old period photo of the plane and it confirmed that you got it right. Nice work!
