H.U. One-Six-Right now on Hulu

It is very well done.... I wish there were more Documentaries like it available....

I guess another good one is out there about the Barnstormers group that travels around the country... My folks saw it at Oshkosh, mom said it was done briliantly...but I have never seen even a clip of it exist anywhere on the web...

It's outstanding. I still watch the DVD every now and then. Glad to see more people being exposed to this wonderful aviation experience. :ernae:

I have it and One-Six-Left. I also have Brian's Blue Angels video on DVD.

Brian is a first-rate fellow. I have shared emails with him since One-Six-Right was released. He is about to release another aviation documentary.

Once you see it on HULU, order the DVD, the difference in clarity of the video and music is so much better.

That was very well done. As a young person I was in the general area. The Los Angeles basin was a hot bed for aviation and the flegdling aerospace industry. I used to look up and see wonderous things.

:jump:

Used to work on N79BP, the Cessna 414 in that movie. He recently sold it, so I may not see it again.

i hate it that canadia will not let us watch hulu.

ESPECIALLY RIGHT NOW!!!!! AAAAUUUUGGGGHHH!!!!

I'm curious how Hulu is blocked in Canada, I would think that it being the internet, unless you are in China, normal websites wouldn't be blocked.

Hulu blocks by IP, so theoretically through a proxy or VPN, you can use Hulu in places other than the US. It is blocked everywhere outside the United States due to licensing/bandwidth concerns. Supposedly this is about to change, though I have also heard Hulu might start charging for content.
I'm still waiting on the Hulu app for my ipod!

I bought the DVD's quite some time ago. Loaned them to a pilot friend of mine (also quite some time ago). I have to get them back to watch on my big screen I have since purchased. :kilroy:

Own it. The beginning almost gets me choked up it's so good.
Still have to get "One Six Left". Although I did buy that for my brother-in-law. He said it's great too.

I've been wanting to see this for a while now. Thanks for the posting. The airport I grew up around was alot like this, except for the military A/C. GM was big in town, they always had Convairs and Beech-18's coming and going. Thrown in with mix of general aviation A/C were a Pt-19 and T-6, heaven for kid. I could ride my bike right up to hanger, pull out the CAP's Super Cub and go flying, didn't have a drivers license but I had my PPL.
Now where I live, my local airport, Purdue University is surrounded by a 10 foot wire fence. The only way to get up close to an aircraft is if it comes down short of the field..lol
If it wasn't for Purdue's Aviation schools it would be a dead airport, except for home football games. Well, I guess times do change, but sometimes not for the better.

"One Six Left". I'd recommend it too, especially if you like extras and behind the scenes stuff on how it was filmed.
That is an adventure in itself worth watching, especially because at the start they never could get authorization to film from the airport authority. :icon_lol:

Really looking forward to the release of "Aviation Epic" (working title).
