My Mom Was Hurt Is ok now Just Not feeling The best No One was hurt bad The truck is total Loss

So we spent most of the Day In the hospital Where my mom was geting X ray do to her seat Belt didnt Stop her going forward into my seat Like i sayed She is Ok Just Banged Up

Sorry to hear about that. Glad to see everyone is alright though minus some minor injuries. I hope your insurance company will analyze her inertial reel to see why it failed to lock. A good check to do (and I learned this from the helicopter) is after you have sat down is to pull it out a little, and give it a tug to see if it locks. If not then it would need to be checked out. We got rear ended at a stop light one time and had this same thing happen. Ever since then I do the check whenever I get in a car. I hope she recovers soon. I know after our car got rear ended and totalled I didn't feel right for a number of months.
 
Very sorry to hear this news. I hope your Mom has a speedy recovery. I was on that stretch of road a couple of months ago...it has some tricky spots in terms of twists & turns.
 
Used to manage the Ramona Canyon RV Resort.

Highway 78 always had many accidents. There are some real blind corners and there is only one or two places that you can legally pass. I don't miss that stretch of road at all!

Being from Santee originally, and my grandparents living in Julian, I know that road well. (For you non San Diegans, Ramona is right in between.) Always worried about just that scenario. Glad everyone is ok.
