That's true.
Same goes for other industrial buildings, such as railway stations, engine sheds, signal towers etc.
No Nazi gigantomania but clear and functional "New Sobriety" without any monumentalism. It's a legacy from "Bauhaus" ideas, just before those architects were forced to emigrate or get killed...

I think it appropriate that I go public with a special thank you for your patience and help in resolving this problem that I had due to "slow speed internet". At 4 kbs, the Bestmann would have taken 12 hours to download and for some inexplicable reason, it would stop downloading after 10 hours each time...
After 3 tries, your help finally made the difference.
My nephew came to the rescue and had it in his PC after "9 minutes" and burned on a CD in about the same lenght of time for me.:amen:
After looking at what was in the download, I can understand why this file was so BIG !:faint:
Your planes are quite a sight, inside and out and the sound of your engine is music to my ears...

It will probably take more than a week just to go through all those variants and skins as well as finding other skins that have been made for it. I am just thrilled at the thought of looking for them (even at slow speed internet)...LoL

Is there a paintkit available for it ?

Now, there is that reference to Operation Valkyrie in your files which would complete the package nicely...
How BIG did you say that file was ?

Yes, there is a paintkit.

The file size of OV is huge.. put it that way, lol.. its under 300 megs. Unzipped I think its about 2 gigs.. not sure.

I think you'll enjoy the scenery. Lots of airfields and cars and trucks and gliders and supply planes, Junkers Tri-Motors/Buckers/Gigants/Me-109's in the AI flying about. Civilian as well as Military WWII Germany airbases, as well as North Africa bases. If you have WinXP, you have roughly 60+ missions you can fly to keep busy with.

Thanks bill, picked up the Trinidad/Tobago this time round (shh - not a word to SWMBO).

With a currency that is down the pan by 30%+ against the dollar in the last few months, a 50% sale makes you even more the best game in town!

Maybe it will recover enough some day to complete the set with the Viking and Epic.

Well, it's not the first time the money lenders have caused grief, seem to remember them getting sorted out big time a couple of thousand years ago. I guess we just keep missing the Message.

Would there be a Rhein Flugzeugbau Fanliner in the works by any chance? I love the AltdeutschGPS in the Bestmann and Junkers, it would be interesting to see a modern one. A definite for raiding the piggy bank.
