Hard drive change out

I am getting ready to replace my hard drive.:applause:

The original is badly damaged and down to 25% health. I have 2 options with the install, I can use my backup discuss and system image or I can download a cloaning program from my new hard drive manufacturer.

Anyone recommend which method will be better?
 
I got it done. I just had to load up my startup recovery disc and it did it all from there. Woohoo, I am back in business!
