Having an issue with the WOP P-47

noddy

SOH-CM-2025
For some strange reason when I use the WOP P-47 it crashes my system? I have tried re-downloading and it still does it.

Any thoughts on this?

It's the entire system.

And the spec are:

windows 7 64bit Ulitmate
Intel QX6850 @ 3.67Mhz
8GB Ram
2 x GTX460 Nvidia cards.

and Accelearaton installed.

Yep, they have a mind of their own sometimes. Glad you got it working... or I mean that it started working on its own :)

Now the odd thing is when I use a repaint it does the samething?!?!?!?

Will have to investigate further.

Does the error log show any clues? That's usually where I go when seemingly random crashes show up. Also, if you haven't already, it might be a good idea to switch off the automatic rebooting on system errors. If you let the system go ahead and show the blue screen instead of restarting, it can reveal the cause of some stop errors.

The last time I started getting random crashes like that (and it's been a long while, knock on wood), it was a RAM stick going belly-up.

I think, fingers crossed the problem is solved. The .dll file when installing the model did not come up when I started the Sim to confirm ok to use etc.

Now today it popped up and the model now seems to work.

Just strange it didn't do that on the reinstall of the model.

Sound card Noddy! Mate I had the same trouble with the Cub, but it's your sound card mate! Check that your update for your sound card is a new one if so then it's that!
