• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

Hawker Typhoon aircraft set released.

Was going to install today but saw all the modding i'd have to do to files and backed away. One day i'll be sure enough to do it but now it's a little intimidating to do. Like simple installs and this is not for the faint of heart. Will study some more and be sure to make back-ups before i mess something up. Wish it was a simple install but it isn't But nothing well worthwhile is.Not a complaint but a dummy like me like things simple. Regards,Scott
 
Awesome work!!! Definite improvement over the stock Typhoon; simply follow the install instructions...thanks to the development team! Not sure if the CFS3 community is aware, but I highly recommend this package!:applause:
 
Got up the nerve to install it and all i can say is WOW!!!! A great job......Thanks a million guys!!! A fantastic addition!!!
 
If I may ask, what was the premise for tinting the canopy green? I see it's clear from inside the cockpit, so it's just the outside view where I notice it.
 
The owner of the original model could have to go back to gmax and change it there, but I hex edited the m3d files for my own use.
