Head tracking help please.

I got a head tracker a couple of days ago . I dl opentrack and cl eye test software, went through the basic setup. I can see the leds in cl eye test and opentrack but no track in cockpit. The game is not paused. So is there something I need to turn on?

I recently started using FaceTrackNoIR and I had to figure out to click the start option on the face tracking software first before getting into the sim. Also, you have to make sure the output section is set to FSX's simconnect option or it wont be able to connect to P3D. I assume OpenTrack is similar to FaceTrackNoIR in that sense. But that's what I found out for it to work. If those are both done, then I'm not quite sure what the issue would be.
