HELP Please, lost or corrupted effects texture!!!

Hi Guys
Need a little help with effects textures, there all black, smoke, seaplane wake, smoke out of ship stacks, crash effects. Got to be a texture prob. in effects folder.Some how got corrupted or lost when I got rid a addon. Any easy fix for this???
