Help! What Airplane is This?

Alright, guys, I've tried to figure this one out and I'm failing. A friend sent me this photo and we've been trying to figure out what type aircraft that is behind the fashion model. We know for certain that it's a jet...and has a fuselage...and at least one wing Any ideas?
