will changing the fuel flow scalier from 1.0 to .7 make the fule consumption go up or down????

To find your exact fuel consumption, get the free app, AFSD by Herve Sors. It runs in a seperate window and will tell you all sorts of things about your aircraft and it's performance.

um i need an program that costs about 50 USD to make that work..... is there an work around or anything or something different?

It will work fine with the free un-registered FSUPIC. Jerry beckwith also has a free 2 D test panel that you may be able to get much usefull test info from as well.
