Hendon is a great museum when I went a few years ago I thoroughly enjoyed it I had to be dragged out of the place lol!
 
I lived in Muswell hill for a few years
just down the street:kilroy::kilroy:
never got to go
now i have an 11 hour flight and stay in Chelsea
but its still a lot closer than Shreveport
did get to go to the Imperial War museum last year

shame theres none flying since the '96 incident, loved watching the old bird claw through the skies
 
I believe there is one at Point Cook RAAF Museum in Victoria being restored to flying condition.

There's also one at Elvington near York being rebuilt, or there was last time I was there. There is also the only remaining Halifax. It's a very good place to visit.
 
1:24 you say that makes it compatible for the Airfix motors so you can have the props spinning :icon_lol: i want it! *raiding Airfix Site* :jump: looks like a mossie FB.MkVII
