Here is who is banned and why

Wow. I freely admit my ignorance when it comes to how the net functions but I cannot say thanks enough to those who keep their fingers in the dyke. I first learned about the continuous stream of hackers, viruses and so forth during a stint in the corporate world. If you think of these assaults in that way you can appreciate the efforts needed to stay dry. Thanks to all who fight the good fight.:applause:

I know my work load has dropped 90% since I added the new security scripts, now I can take a nap without worry of when I wake I have to fix something, lol

I don't blame you a bit Ickie. It's a shame you have to do it though. Why can't people just behave themselves???
 
Well, that's sad. I understand the need for the security amd many thanz for keeping SOH safe, but...

The problem is I'm Russian citizen, and I work in China - so it's very problematic to get to SOH - cause you've banned the largest Russian ISP (corbina.ru), the second largest city as a whole (spb.ru), and many ones who host on Yandex (a kind of Russian Google). The problem is that i can get to SOH only while in Volgograd in Russia (St.Petes is banned, and I have to use wimax in Moscow, which cannot give me a static IP). Also in China I don't know if it's possible to get a static IP from my ISP - will try to figure out.
