Yes, I agree...., but if you stay in the cockpit, 'where ever you go there you are' ! + it is free and has an autopilot.

I will add the Carenado Cessna CT210 Centurion to the list as well, also because it is the only high wing Cessna I have... 
It is a fun aircraft though with the ability to go a bit higher and faster than the regular 172,182 or 206.
And if you want something to go low and slow, have great visibility and it doesn't have to be a Cessna, you can't beat the free Classic wings Edgley Optica:
